Growth Mindset, by Carol Dweck. She explains the concept in great details, with many studies and case studies that give an in-depth understanding.

Brain Energy, by Dr. Chris Palmer. He explains the link between physical health and mental health and provides a deeply researched hypothesis as to why both aspects of us are so linked.

First, we make the beast beautiful, by Sarah Wilson. It's a book about the author's personal journey with anxiety, filled with wisdom and relatable stories.
